After building and selling a few villas in Phuket, Andrea embarked into a bigger project thanks to the support of a few friends. She developed a luxury residence of 9x 3-bedroom pool villas. She drew on her vast experience of the rental market, to design villas with all the latest amenities sought after by travellers.
Confident with by in the returns observed with the villas that she previously built, Andrea decided this time to run her new residence as a private pool villa resort. Being warm and hospitable, she is loved by her guests who appreciate her eye for details. But Andrea is not familiar with online marketing and sales.

Bookings are sent to her team through an automated system that gives them all the information required to welcome the guests in the best way. The team has a direct access to their properties on Beds24, which they use to plan their daily operations
