Edric has been working as an expat in the Far East since 2002. As part of his retirement plans, Edric invested in two luxury pool villas in places he visited during his holidays, La Réunion and Phuket.
Edric’s intention was to rent his villas to holiday makers but his new job is keeping him busy. He has no time to follow the day-to-day operations of his properties. So far, the return on investment has not been great as he only managed to rent his villas to his friends.
